UK Shipping Policy
For orders over £20 you will qualify for Free Delivery and arrive in 3-5 working days.
For orders below £20 our standard delivery charge of £2.95 will apply
Express delivery means your items will arrive within 1-2 business days (this does NOT include the weekends).
If you are unavailable when our delivery partner tries to deliver your order, they will usually try to deliver again the next working day, or they will drop a card in to offer you a collection from a local collection point.
We aim to deliver all UK Standard orders in 5 working days. We will only deliver to the address on the order so please ensure accurate entry of you details during checkout.
Please note that Ireland, Isle of Wight, Scottish Isles, and Channel Islands are subject to different shipping charges. See below.
International delivery times will vary.
Amending an Order
Once we have received your order our warehouse staff will pick, pack and dispatch as quickly as possible.
We will aim to do this the same day for all orders MON-FRI (excl Bank Holidays). It is advisable that any amendments or changes you wish to make to your order are communicated to our Customer Service team on 0333 344 1410 or through email@example.com as soon as possible.
Please note that we cannot accept returns in our stores for items purchased online.
Broken or wrong item received:
If you receive a broken item, or have been sent the wrong item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with photos of the item and we will get back to you.
To return an unwanted, please fully secure the item in the original packaging and send it to us on:

As soon as we receive the returned item, the refund will be processed.
Please note that items which arrive damaged may not be refunded.
