Shipping policy
Our minimum order value for UK orders is £15 excluding our standard delivery charge of £5.95.
For orders £30 and over, you will qualify for Free Delivery.
We aim to deliver all orders between 3 - 5 working days.
If you require Next Day delivery, this service is charged at £9.95 irrespective of order value and will be dispatched the same day Monday to Friday when placed before 1pm.
Please note Isle of Wight is subject to different shipping charges.
Ireland:
Our minimum order value is £40.
DPD Two Day Service is charged at £6.95 and will be dispatched the same day Monday to Friday when placed before 1pm.
Channel Islands, Northern Ireland & Scottish Highlands:
Our minimum order value is £40.
Service is charged at £9.95 and will be dispatched the same day Monday to Friday when placed before 1pm.
We have temporarily suspended shipping internationally.

Amending an Order
Once we have received your order our warehouse staff will pick, pack and dispatch as quickly as possible. It is advisable that any amendments or changes you wish to make to your order are communicated to our Customer Service team on 0333 344 1410 or through support@chickidee.co.uk as soon as possible.
