What makes a good reed diffuser?

Three things: the quality of the fragrance oil, the porosity of the reeds, and the shape of the vessel. We formulate our diffuser oils with a high fragrance-to-base ratio so the scent throw is strong from day one. The reeds we use wick efficiently — so the fragrance travels — and our vessels are shaped with a narrow neck to slow evaporation and extend life.

How to use a reed diffuser

Unpack the diffuser, remove the stopper and place all the reeds in the oil. Wait 24 hours for the reeds to saturate and release the first burst of scent. Every 1–2 weeks, flip the reeds upside down — this refreshes the scent throw and evens out the draw from the vessel. Place your diffuser where air moves naturally: an entryway, a hallway, or a shelf near a doorway — not in direct sunlight, and not directly under a heat source.
