UK Mainland

Our minimum order value for UK orders is £15, excluding our standard delivery charge of £4.95. Orders of £45 and over qualify for Free Delivery.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours.

Next Day Delivery is available at £9.95 irrespective of order value, dispatched the same day Monday–Friday when placed before 1pm.

Please note: Isle of Wight is subject to different shipping charges.

Ireland, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland & Scottish Highlands

Minimum order value is £40. Delivery is charged at £6.95, dispatched the same day Monday–Friday when placed before 1pm.

Some larger furniture items require a specialised delivery service — shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.

International

Amending an Order

Once we receive your order, our warehouse team will pick, pack and dispatch as quickly as possible. Please communicate any changes to our Customer Service Team as soon as possible at support@chickidee.co.uk

Returns & Exchanges

All returns and exchanges must be reported to us within 28 days of receiving your order.
