Changes at Chickidee
We are in truly unprecedented times. The spread of coronavirus has affected so many of us across the world in so many ways. Firstly, we hope that you and your loved ones are well and safe. Thank you looking out for each other during this extremely difficult time. We have made a few important changes here at Chickidee to play our part and help ensure that we protect our team, and you, as best we can.
We are so pleased to be able to welcome you back to our stores.
Our teams can help guide you around the store or answer any questions you may have. Every member at Chickidee will be wearing a visor for their, and your, safety. Screens are also in place at each till. We ask you to be kind to each other and our team, by wearing your own face covering when shopping with us, to help make shopping in our stores as easy and as safe as possible for everyone.
Cashless payments only
Our stores are now completely cashless. All credit and debit cards are still accepted. We also accept limitless Apple Pay and Google Pay.
There are new Hand Sanitiser stations in all our stores: you can spot them on as you enter and at all of our tills.
We are regularly cleaning our stores, with special care and extra attention for the busiest areas. We are following Government advice and our fitting rooms are temporarily closed.

Returns & Refunds
Returns to our website are extended until the 17th of January - so you can start your Christmas shopping early. Returns and refunds sent back to our warehouse will be processed as normal. Royal Mail are currently operating with significant delays in some areas. This may mean that returns are taking longer to reach us – up to 3 weeks in some cases. Though we are still getting these processed within a couple of days of receiving them while keeping our team safe, it may take longer for your return and refund to be processed overall while we wait for it to get back to us. We recommend waiting at least 3 weeks from the date you send it back to us before emailing to check on it.
Our courier partners are offering a minimal contact or contact-free delivery service at this time. Please check any tracking instructions you receive after your order has been shipped for further information.
Our customer service team is available by telephone and at email@example.com from 9am to 4pm every weekday Monday to Friday.
Warehouse & Web Dispatch
We have very strict social distancing procedures in our warehouse and web dispatch team. In our warehouse and web dispatch teams, we are able to work at least 2 metres apart at all times. Our aisles are wide and our packing benches are far apart. We have also re-organised our workflow so that we are able to reduce the number of team members in any one area at any one time. We are of course following all Government guidelines on hand hygiene. Our team are able to wear gloves if they would like to and are also washing hands regularly throughout the day. In almost all cases, our team are walking, driving themselves or being driven to work by someone in their household.
